STC participates in the Mobile World Congress 2019, which will be held from Monday, February 25th to Thursday February 28th, in Barcelona, Spain, with an integrated exhibition about the services related to the fifth generation, such as the drones aircraft as well as the digital services and solutions in different domains such as IoT, AI and Cybersecurity. It is also participating in a special exhibition through "This is Saudi Arabia" platform, which is mainly concerned with the rediscovery of Saudi Arabia through a new perspective, highlighting tourist sites and national heritage in an innovative technical manner.
General Manager Corporate Communications at STC Mohammed Abaalkheil said that Saudi Telecom participates as a sponsor for the sixth time in a row in this global forum. It will sign a number of important agreements to enable digital services with major international companies in telecommunications and information technology industry.
He noted that the event is befitting the status of Saudi Telecom as a member of the Board of Directors of the Global System for Mobile Communications (GSMA), the largest organization of operators and manufacturers of mobile communications in the world.
The conference is the largest gathering of ICT professionals, experts, technicians and major manufacturers of smartphones worldwide. STC will present its services and digital solutions to demonstrate its role as a leading digital provider.
The conference is being organized by the Global System for Mobile Communications (GSMA), the world's largest conference on smart phone technology.
