Ooredoo has announced the appointment of Kumail Al-Moosawi to a newly created executive level position - Chief Corporate Services Officer (CCSO). The new role will see Kumail continue to be responsible for HR but also assume responsibility for the Customer Experience, Business Continuity and HSE Departments within Ooredoo.

The new executive level position is dedicated to better serving Ooredoo customers and supporting the Company’s ongoing digital transformation. In particular, the Company intends to start utilising Ooredoo’s best in class customer service operations to not only serve Ooredoo customers, but to outsource and provide their Contact Centre services to other companies both nationally and internationally. Leading the way with digital customer service, companies can now take advantage of Ooredoo’s market-leading approach.

This change will create new development opportunities for existing staff and also employment prospects for the wider community. With 19 years of experience in numerous business functions in Ooredoo, Kumail majored in Finance at Florida Atlantic University in the United States and began his professional career in banking in Oman.
