In an interview with Telecom Review, Vikas Panchal, Business Head at Tally Solutions in the Middle East explained more about the company’s presence in the world and in the Middle East in particular and highlighted how the company helps SMEs achieve growth.
Can you give our readers an overview about Tally Solutions?
Tally Solutions has been providing a complete and simple business management software solution to SMEs for the last 30 years with more than 2 million users across the world. We’re an Indian company but we’re present all over the world, including the Middle East. We’ve been present in the UAE for more than 15 years where the number of users reached +50,000. We’re also operational in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain and we’re present across the GCC countries through our +400 partners.
How can SMEs benefit from the solution you offer?
One of the key challenges SMEs face is their inability to interpret data. Tally ensures that they use our product very easily and effectively in such a way that they can get powerful insights about their business from whatever data they are entering. This will help them achieve more growth within their enterprise. So, our solution is crafted carefully by our team for the good of SMEs.
Do you face any particular challenge while dealing with SMEs?
In many cases, businesses are not ready yet for the adoption of automation. For that reason, we’re organizing several events dubbed ‘SMB pulse’ to help them understand the importance of automation. In those events, we tell them what is the pulse of their business and why is it effective for them to automate so that they can grow.
Through our automation software, we can help SMEs automate their accounts, data entry, and every aspect of their business. So with a click of a button, all of the needs of their business will be met.
What do you hope to achieve in 2020?
We hope to expand our footprint in new regions through new partnerships and strategic alliances that we will announce very soon.
