In an exclusive interview with Telecom Review during the 18th edition of the Telecom Review Leaders’ Summit, Ned Taleb, Co-Founder and CEO, Reailize, shared some of the developments that his company is pursuing in AI-enabled network operations tools and solutions within the 5G ecosystem.

How is Reailize helping CSPs to optimize networks that are suited for the 5G era?

The 5G landscape is vast, but one particularly interesting aspect is voice services; specifically, the transition from VoLTE to VoNR, where we are deeply involved. Our focus lies in automated network diagnostics, which is not only applicable in labs but, more importantly, in live operations. We have developed an innovative approach that enables telcos to achieve quick wins with little integration effort by leveraging sophisticated AI algorithms and continuous learning models. Regarding the transition to SOC, our efforts are centered around advanced solutions for enhancing service experience.

Please tell us about the developments in Reailize's innovative solutions designed for accelerating digital transformation in enterprise businesses.

We are actively collaborating with clients in Europe and the U.S. on the TM Forum’s OpenAI initiative, which enables telcos to open their networks to third parties and partners. We are also engaging with the CAMARA-Linux Foundation project and TM Forum, where we are developing a middleware solution that emphasizes northbound APIs for openness and southbound integration into the network.

What opportunities are available within multi-cloud environments, and how can Reailize’s AI-backed automation simplify the process?

We are working with several telcos focused on VMware migration, driven by factors like the Broadcom acquisition and rising pricing pressures. Our proprietary Reailize Automation Framework simplifies this migration process in a multi-cloud environment, regardless of the hyperscalers or technologies involved.
