An enhanced multi-channel platform can now guarantee customer engagement through business applications and a single API for SMS, voice and instant messaging applications, all thanks to Saudi cloud communications platform unifonic that chose the Middle East’s biggest tech event – GITEX - to launch the enhanced platform.

The main differentiator here is the platform’s ability to turn the traditional one-way conversation with customers into an interactive discussion through their preferred channel.  Prior to its GITEX Technology Week launch, unifonic piloted the platform through a customer-facing WhatsApp channel for Jamalon, the Middle East’s largest online bookstore.
