In this final part, we delve into the region-wise performance of Cisco, Ericsson and Nokia, based on comprehensive data gathered from Twimbit's analysis titled "Q1 2023 Telecom Equipment Vendor Performance Benchmarks."
Cisco
Cisco witnessed robust double-digit growth across all regions, with the Americas experiencing a 13% increase, EMEA growing by 16% and APAC seeing an 11% rise. The growth in the Americas was driven by a surge in service revenue, while strategic partnerships with telcos in India contributed to the APAC growth, particularly in the rollout of 5G.

Ericsson
While facing challenges in the Americas and EMEA regions, Ericsson achieved an exceptional 62.3% revenue increase in APAC. The noteworthy growth of 138% in Southeast Asia, Oceania and India can be attributed to significant market share gains in the 5G sector in India, as well as successful project milestones in the Philippines and Malaysia.
Despite revenue declines in Northeast Asia, North America and Europe, Latin America exhibited a commendable 6% growth due to successful 5G deployments in the region.

Nokia
In Asia Pacific (excluding India and China), Nokia experienced a 9% decline in performance, primarily driven by declines in Mobile Networks and Cloud and Network Services, particularly in Japan. Additionally, Greater China reported a 14% decline, mainly impacted by Mobile Networks. Nevertheless, the growth in India successfully counterbalanced the decline for Nokia in the APAC region, driven by strong demand for Mobile Networks associated with the ramp-up of 5G deployments.

In parallel, the Middle East and Africa showcased growth across all business groups, while Europe achieved double-digit growth in all business verticals. Latin America's growth also remained stable, with slight growth in Network Infrastructure.
