Experience Assurance and Analytics (EAA) GenAie provides real-time advice and predictive insights using natural language processing (NLP). It democratizes network data, enabling business and operations users within CSPs to gain insights for improved customer experience, enhanced operational efficiency, and data monetization opportunities.
Using text-based queries with relevant large language models (LLMs), EAA GenAie communicates in real-time with Network and Service Operations Center (NOC and SOC) users, dissecting network problems, evaluating user experiences and outlining the remediation steps for easier resolution.
Users can identify network and service experience problem patterns using recommendations, reducing the time it takes to detect and resolve them. Overviews of top-ranking issues can be summarized so that users can proactively assess and act, ahead of time.
