Kuwait Telecommunications Company stc has announced that customers can take advantage of the telecom provider’s exclusive offers and services and access all their needs while at home.

stc’s recently launched campaign ‘#while_at_home’, focuses on providing existing and new customers with access to all stc products and services online and with ease. The campaign also falls in line with the Company’s strategy to enable digital transformation in Kuwait, while supporting the Kuwaiti government’s instructions directing people to stay at home in the battle against the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

In a statement released by stc, the company announced that through downloading the mystc application or by visiting stc’s website, customers can benefit from an array of services from the comfort of their homes, without having to visit one of stc’s branches.

These services include paying bills, recharge prepaid lines, controlling voice and data plans, activating and deactivating services, purchasing gaming devices and cell phones, subscribing to data plans and purchasing routers, accessing the latest offers, in addition to other online shopping services with free of charge delivery.

stc's digital channels also provide several exclusive offers for new and existing customers.

Commenting on the new campaign, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of stc, Haneen Ibrahim Al-Fulaij, said, “As promised, we continue to offer new services and exclusive offers to enhance our customers’ experience while providing the latest devices and uninterrupted services. We will continue to explore innovative methods to allow our customers to gain access to all their telecom needs online while at home.”

She added, “This campaign was launched to enrich our customers’ online experience with instantaneous access to our digital channels. stc is offering all its products and services through our website, mystc mobile application, and E-Store with free delivery in Kuwait. The “#while_at_home” campaign follows the government’s orders to ensure the health and safety of both citizens and residents alike. stc will continue to show its support to the people of Kuwait during this difficult time while implementing its strategy to enable digital transformation in Kuwait.”

Al-Fulaij concluded by saying, “We highly appreciate and are thankful for the preventative measures taken by the local authorities in battling the current global pandemic. In our role, stc will continue to seek collaborative opportunities with the various government entities who have taken precise and diligent action in responding to the crisis and reducing the spread of infection.”

stc previously announced new promotions on voice plans, 5G internet and Jawwy TV packages available through the Company’s online store with deliveries free of charge for both new and existing customers.
