The memorandum was signed on the sidelines of Mobile World Congress 2016, in Barcelona, Spain by Ahmed Farroukh, CEO Mobily and Ramadan Ding, CEO Huawei Tech. Investment Saudi Arabia Co., Ltd. Under the contract, Huawei will be providing managed network services Mobily network.
