Mitel, the Canadiantelecommunicationscompany providingunified communicationssolutions for business, is showcasing its key propositions at GITEX 2016 in Dubai, from 16-20 October, demonstrating a strong partnership with its top channel partners, and positioning itself as a tier 1 communications vendor in the Middle East and North Africa.
Mehmet Balos, VP Sales-International, Mitel, said the company's stand is at Z-J30 in the Gulf Comms Hall. The company wants to position itself as a tier 1 communications vendor in the MENA region, and is showcasing key propositions, such as Mitel Enterprise Communications including Unified Communications and Contact Center; Mitel Connected Guests Voice and Applications for the Hotel Industry; and Mitel Mobile capabilities including VoWiFi, VoLTE and WebRTC. Mitel also plans to demonstrate strong partnership with its top channel partners.
Mitel Enterprise Communications will be showcasing the latest collaborative enterprise and customer experience solutions, including: MiVoice Business Release 8.0 Call Management, due for release on 1st November; MiVoice 6900 Business Telephones, a new range of 'Mobile First' business telephones, due for release on 14th November; MiTeam, a new Team Collaboration application aimed at improving teamwork and reducing email; and MiContact Centre, a multimedia customer interaction with social media integration forced on transforming the customer experience.
Mitel Connected Guests will be showcasing HotelMGR at GITEX: an innovative workflow management tool designed to improve guest experience and staff productivity in a busy hotel environment. Furthermore, iConnect will showcase which enables the guests own mobile device to become an extension of the hotels telephone system. Other showcases will include iPGS: a mobile guestloyalty application that provides information about hotel services, local attractions and leverages HotelMGR and iConnect; and iPConnect: high speed internet management and billing.
At the event, Mitel Mobility will be discussing VoWiFi, VoLTE, NFV / Virtualization, and RCS / WebRTC. Three of Mitel's Top Channel partners for Enterprise will also have presence on the Mitel stand, including Tawasol, based in Jordan with coverage across the Middle East; KKE, based in UAE with coverage across the Middle East; and ATCom, based in UAE will significant experience in delivering sophisticated Unified Communications and Multi Media Contact Center solutions.
