In 2019, we enter a cautious, early adoption phase of this next generation of wireless technology. A small number of users will get a first taste of 5G in specific geographic locations, using specific applications, none of which are ubiquitous or cost-optimized.

Integrated Telecom Company (ITC) has achieved for the third quarter in a row the first rank in the CITC fixed internet services providers in KSA for Q3, 2018 for the least complaints recorded. The number of complaints in Q3 was 62 for every 100,000 customer.

Lebanon has seen in the past couple of years its telecommunications sector take a giant leap forward which was translated on the ground with technological and ICT achievements. The Lebanese Ministry of Telecommunications has committed to transforming the sector through the improvement of telecoms infrastructure and investment in ICT, and was able to honor a great part of its commitments.
