Saudi telecommunications operator Etihad Etisalat Mobily has announced two high-profile appointments in its communications department.
The operator formally announced the appointment of Amjad Shacker as Senior Executive Officer Corporate Brand And Communications, and Abdullah Al Fahad as Executive General Manager Marketing Communications.
Mobily clarified that both of them are experienced in the Telecom and IT sector, and have over 15 years of experience in the field of Marketing Communications and Corporate Communications.
Mobily's CEO, Ahmed Aboudoma, said, "Mobily is attracting ambitious young Saudi talents and empowering them in leadership positions, whereas Saudization ratio has reached more than 80% recently."
He added that their appointment will help Mobily achieve its ambition which is to be the best in the field in relation to corporate and marketing communications.
