Etisalat announced the launch of 'eLife Unlimited', an all-new line up of home service offerings delivering enhanced TV content at double internet speeds and for the first time in the UAE will be introducing 'Commitment Free' option for consumers.

The increasing demand for faster broadband and higher speeds to watch world-class content led to the revamp of our eLife portfolio and the need to introduce tailor-made packages. The new eLife packages focus on delivering the most engaging content in the UAE on the fastest broadband speeds including easy access to 4K channels and Video on Demand (VOD).
"This is a result of Etisalat's continuous investments in the most advanced network technologies to deliver the best customer experiences and content partnerships that bring the best regional live TV and on-demand content to our eLife customers. The new 'eLife Unlimited' packages emphasise our efforts to continually enhance our customers' home entertainment experience."
'eLife Unlimited' packages now give subscribers the opportunity to enjoy speeds of 50 Mbps for the basic bundle 'Starter' and up-to 1Gbps for the 'Premium' 1G offering. Customers can enjoy entertainment from across the globe with more than 590 channels, including 4K content, and over 150 channels in HD. The new packages also comprise of a massive library of movies and TV shows on demand plus access to features like 'Start-Over', 'Catch-Up' and 'Parental Control'.
In addition, subscribers can enjoy all the premium content from major TV broadcasters, media and content companies like MBC, beIN, OSN and Starzplay on one box to ensure non-stop entertainment is delivered to every household in the country.
The new home service offerings also give subscribers an opportunity to customize their TV experience based on their viewing preferences.
Customers signing up to 'eLife Unlimited' plans can also choose a 'Mini Pack' that will boost their basic TV subscription with premium Asian, Arabian, Pinoy, and Western channels for only AED 10 a month which is a 75 percent discount off the regular price of AED 40. The premium package subscribers will be able to select one option for free.
Etisalat is also introducing a 'Commitment Free' option, waiving off the minimum commitment period for subscribers by simply paying a monthly fee of AED20.
Emiratis and 'Homat Al Watan' card holders can enjoy their dedicated plans from Etisalat on the new eLife Unlimited too with free double speed benefits upto 250Mbps.
Any existing eLife customers are able to upgrade to the new 'eLife Unlimited' plans immediately enabling them to enjoy the new broadband speeds and superior TV entertainment services, simply by calling 800101 or by visiting Etisalat stores.
Features such as the free and unlimited national calls from your landline, along with add-ons like unlimited international calling packs and call plus continue to be available to enhance the home telephone experience. In addition, the newly introduced Etisalat's Wi-Fi service called 'HomeZone' provides a convenient solution and provides a reliable Wi-Fi signal to help eliminate dead spots. For AED29 a month, users will receive new access points to boost their Wi-Fi coverage in up to 3 extra zones.
